As a (Junior) Lifecycle Marketing Specialist at Linearity, you'll play a crucial role in driving engagement and retention through effective campaigns and automations.

Your focus on impactful communications will ensure successful product launches, driving export growth for our products Linearity Curve and Move.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning: Strategize and execute ad hoc campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.

Automated Campaign Support: Assist in setting up and monitoring automated campaigns for Linearity Move and advance flows for Linearity Curve, ensuring seamless execution.

Engagement Optimization: Continuously explore new opportunities to engage and nurture customer relationships throughout their lifecycle journey.

Collaboration: Work closely with our copywriters, designers, and product team and ensure flawless communication.


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 1 year in lifecycle marketing or a related field, preferably with prior app experience.
  • Proven experience in handling highvolume lifecycle campaigns targeting 100k+ users.
  • Understanding of basic lifecycle analytics and tracking methodologies to derive actionable insights.
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and customer engagement metrics.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Openminded, detailoriented and a fast learner.
  • Fluent in English.

Desirable (great to have, not essential):

  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies
  • Experience with Braze, Clevertap, Leanplum or similar
  • Experience in working with multiple product verticals
