We are looking for an

UX/UI Designer M/F/d

to join our team asap here in Berlin.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Contribute to the UX of one of our core products used by hundreds of customers
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams in the efficient delivery of new feature developments
Conduct user research and test designs to best address our customers' needs
Bring structured customercentric design ideation and iteration process from discovery to implementation

WHAT YOU BRING

3+ experience in UX and UI product design with knowledge of user research, user experience, user testing, wireframing, prototyping, and creating intuitive interfaces.
Proficiency with design tools
A strong problemsolving mindset and design approach
An uptodate portfolio with a detailed design process and a diverse sample of designs
Knowledge of design best practices and principles
Previous experience in SaaS or CRM product design is a plus
Outstanding communication skills in English and at least one other European language, preferably German or Spanish
