Job Description:

What we are looking for

Financial Reporting

Prepare and present accurate financial statements in a timely manner
Provide insights into financial performance, on an adhoc basis, to aid in decisionmaking and strategic planning

Budgeting and Forecasting

Develop, monitor, and update the strategic plan as well as the annual budget in collaboration with department heads and senior management.
Provide financial projections and analysis to support longterm financial planning and business growth.
Analyse budget variances and provide recommendations for cost control and optimization.

Systems and Process Improvement

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
Evaluate and recommend financial software solutions to streamline reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

Your profile

Previous experience in Controlling or Investment Banking
Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and criticalthinking skills
Experience with advanced Excel functions is essential for this role
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; Knowledge of Workday is beneficial
You thrive in dynamic environments and are able to be an agent of change within and beyond the corporate function
Fluency in English. German and French are a big plus
