As part of our General Ledger team, you will play an important role in the accounting of the various Exyte companies.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities
Bank accounting
Create payments, account assignment and posting of bank account statements from all companies managed in the Shared Service Center
Intercompany loans + interest, forward exchange contracts, guarantee commissions
Monthly, quarterly, and year-end reconciliations of bank accounts
Contact person for all banking inquiries
Contact person for questions from auditors in the annual financial statements

Netting
Download the netting statement (settlement between intercompany companies) from the treasury system and post it in SAP

Reports to Treasury
Cash pool
Billing, booking and payment of interest based on the cash pool accounts
Collaboration with IT department to expand automatic interest billing and posting through SAP
Evaluations and reports to treasury

Show your expertise
Commercial vocational training
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
Knowledge of accounting/debtors/creditors is advantageous, but not mandatory
SAP R3 / S4HANA
SAP R3 is required, but the switch to S4HANA will take place soon. Knowledge is advantageous.
Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
