Responsibilities:

Provide highlevel administrative assistance to the President of Europe
Preparing and organizing communications and meetings
Calendar management and organization
Preparing/editing analysis, studies and presentations
Aggregate sales and forecasting documents
Organizing and planning meetings
Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member
Greeting and attending clients and visitors
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
Other administrative and support tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international organization
Strong administrative and computer skills (MS Office)
Excellent telephone and written communication manner
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Solid understanding of local legal compliance
Fluent German and English language skills. Chinese or any other language is a plus.
