About the job:


As a HR Business Partner in our Human Resources Operations Team, you will serve as a point of contact on questions and issues from employees, managers and other partners across the organization, and will advise the business on various HR policies and procedures.

In this role you will be reporting to the MME Manager HR Operations.


Responsibilities:


Partner with assigned Business Units in all matters regarding the employee lifecycle, such as onboarding, recruiting, personnel development and training as well as compensation & benefits.

Serve managers and employees on matrix structure related HR tasks and responsibilities and work closely with the respective HR colleagues in all Europe when necessary.

Support managers and employees to prevent, advise on and resolve challenging and complex work situations.
Partner with all relevant internal and external stakeholders (e.g. workers council; HR Services Team; agencies) to deliver HR tasks and strategy.

Design and make recommendations on how we can better serve our customers as well as how we can improve our HR processes.

Support the design, implementation and roll-out of relevant policies, processes, systems and change management activities.
Coordinate (e-)learning and development programmes (internal/external), recruitment and employer branding activities to support the organisation's strategy.
Conduct training need analysis as well as design, administer and conduct (new) trainings.
Monitor and control the HR Operation budget in alignment with the Finance department.
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in Human Resources.
Evaluate jobs for assigned business units and manage the maintenance of job descriptions accordingly.
PASSION MEETS POWER - YOUR PROFILE
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or Social Sciences or in related field with a focus on Human Resources required
Several years' experience in Human Resources
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong service and customer orientation and a thorough understanding of business requirements.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong process orientation and ability to prioritize tasks.
Capability of working to deadlines and cope with various complex situations at once.
Profound knowledge of German labor law
Pro-active, engaged, high flexibility and ability to work independently.
Firm knowledge in MS Office
German and English business fluent (verbally and in writing).
