Was wirst du tun:
We are seeking professionals with the following qualifications, skills and experience: Education level:
- Education: MSc Degree or BSc Degree or equivalent with relevant experience in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience Experience/Technical Skills:
- 23 years relevant experience Excellent English written and verbal communications skills required
- Communication skills in German very welcome
- Understanding and effectively communicating across multiple languages and cultures an advantage
- Strong understanding of the IT service catalogue and the roles & responsibilities attributed to all IT departments
- Requires good negotiation skills
- Understands characteristics of the current IT environment and actively identifies opportunities for improvement of user experience

Understands the product model structure within Technology Infrastructure Operations & Experience and triage the product owners for product delivery.

- Ensure effective collaboration with all IT colleagues on and above site.
- Collaborates effectively with various IT departments and Facility management and ensures on boarding of new employees.
- Operates and deliver hardware to users in collaboration with the site lead
- Support users in case of local solution of incidents and requests as well as forward those in case of global responsibility
