Elsenfeld you will be responsible for on-site coordination.

About the Role:

How you will contribute:

Continuous evaluation of the planned volume on the operational requirements (areas, storage capacity, MA requirements, equipment, productivity, customer requirements)
Execution of production planning according to predefined processes and work instructions
Internal and external coordination of goods availability
Coordination of pick and pack orders for the various work areas
Evaluating the impact of change requests as well as customer inquiries
Processing of problem cases from the pick and pack area (order changes, master data, etc.)
Determination of process times with the help of time recordings and MTM analyses
Optimization of warehouse structure, system data maintenance
Specification of required equipment (FFZ, workstation structure)
Communication and coordination with operational departments
Weekly reporting

Your key qualification:

Successfully completed technical or commercial training.
Operational experience in logistics, e.g. vocational training as warehouse logistics specialist or warehouse specialist, logistics master (IHK) desirable

- at least 2 years of professional experience as logistics planner in the field of logistics (outbound, inbound or aftersales) or in a comparable position
- experience in the areas of warehouse planning & material flow optimization

Knowhow in project management
Fluent German and good English skills are desirable
Very good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel, MS-Visio
Experience in dealing with enterprise resource planning systems (WMS)
High level of personal responsibility, independence as well as planning and organizational skills
Dynamic, goaloriented and decisive personality with a passion for completing tasks in a timely manner
Analytical understanding of processrelated interrelationships and a focus on figures, data and facts
