Business Process Expert (M/F/d) HR
Your new job includes

As a Business Process Expert (M/F/d) HR you will be responsible for cost and resource savings through efficient and standardized processes as well as ensuring efficient, integrated processes in the specialist area. With a focus on SAP Success Factors (Recruiting module) and our time management and workforce scheduling system ATOSS, you will particularly be responsible to ensure the overall information flow of processes in cooperation with IT, as well as the management of international and crosslocation project teams

- take over the 3rd level support (in cooperation with external service providers) and record, evaluate, prioritize and document requirements
- document and communicate system changes and processes
- define and provide test cases and assist with testing and quality assurance
- control the regular communication of the key user to the department and coordinate with the key user on department topics
- ensure training management

What you should bring along

Completed studies in business administration or business informatics (bachelor) or comparable training
Fluent English skills
High level of control and coordination skills with regard to crossdepartmental cooperation
Experience in HR and with HR processes is desirable, at the same time, you have a processoriented mindset and demonstrate a high affinity for systems as well as an intuition for futureoriented HR work in the field of digitalization.
Your distinct ability to penetrate complex issues is just as convincing as your ability to develop customeroriented and efficient solutions.
