Your Responsibilities:


  • Front office tasks, such as greeting colleagues, clients and visitors as needed.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external contacts.
  • Handling basic inquiries and redirecting them as necessary.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Keep an overview of external meetings and prepare the meeting rooms.
  • Overseeing the general cleanliness and organization of the office.
  • Ordering and inventory management of food, drinks and office supplies.
  • Incoming mail processing (opening letters, forwarding to departments by scan, filing).
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
  • Assist during onboarding days for new hires (office tours, catering, e.g.).
  • Assisting with adhoc projects as needed.
  • Management of the locking system.
  • Support with Event Preparation.

Your Profile:


  • Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
  • Familiarity in the catering or hotel industry is an absolute plus.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills.
  • Positive team player.
  • Don't shy away from office machines (e.g. coffee machines and printers).
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fastpaced environment.
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
