- Supervise production area with financial accountability and strategic alignment
- Manage projects and teams to address deviations from goals swiftly
- Identify and execute improvement initiatives
- Provide guidance to middle and junior management tiers and foster collaborative relationships with relevant departments
- Partner with the plant's general manager, process managers, and shift managers (in the operation) to plan and execute operational and tactical improvements.
- At least 8 years of experience in food production according to IFS/BRC
- Experience in leading and supervising employees
- Lean Manufacturing/Opex experience is preferred (Blackbelt or Greenbelt certification advantageous)
- MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP knowledge
- team and organizational skills with good skills in the application of moderation and communication techniques
