Your profile?
You are result and data driven and cooperative. You are comfortable in an international and multi-cultural environment and on-time delivery for you is trouble-free.

Your key responsibilities?

Execution of project controlling for projects with value added parts of the plant in close cooperation with the Lead Site-Controlling
Cost tracking and controlling in all subproject processes and for all areas
Monitoring and forecasting of sales and gross margins
Provide gap analysis (scope of change, variance in performance, improper costing in the bidding phase...)
Identification of cost savings opportunities and avoidance of deviations from budget and forecasts
Validation of data accuracy and cost assessments (hours, hourly rate, acquisition costs, calculation, allocation of fixed or unabsorbed costs to projects
Interface with Operations, specifically WP Manager and Cost Manager in tracking cost trends related to WP, cost reduction opportunities

Minimum qualifications:

Completed business education at a university or equivalent acquired in another way with finance or business administration/engineering specialization in controlling.
Initial experience in controlling and cost accounting or bookkeeping
Knowledge of commercial project management
Knowledge of the business management modules of the SAP system
Ability to interpret businessrelated data
Communication and teamwork skills, persuasiveness and assertiveness
Analytical and strategic thinking, organizational skills and independence
Affinity for finance and numbers and good knowledge of MS Excel Good analytical as well as problemsolving skills
Very good knowledge of English and German
