_Key Requirements_
Below is a list of some of the requirements for this role:

A relevant Third Level or Professional Qualification or trade background.
Minimum 5+ years' experience within construction industry is required.
Few years of Pharmaceutical Construction/ Semi-Conductor/ Data Centre experience is essential.
Strong focus on safety and quality.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
Strong Leadership skills with a tested and proven desire to motivate individuals and hold team members accountable for performance.
Relevant IT experience.
Must hold an EU Passport.
