Job Summary:


As a Sales Representative for the Australian Home Textile Market, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of home têxtile products to retailers, distributors, and other potential clients.

You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers while achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.


Responsibilities:


Customer Acquisition:
Identify and prospect potential clients in the home têxtile market, including retailers, distributors, and other relevant businesses.


Sales Presentations:
Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our home têxtile products. Highlight unique selling propositions to differentiate our brand.


Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, buyers, and influencers within the industry. Establish trust and credibility to secure long-term partnerships.


Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use market insights to adjust sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.


Sales Targets:
Set and achieve sales targets in collaboration with the sales team and management. Monitor and report on sales performance regularly.


Product Knowledge:
Possess in-depth knowledge of our home têxtile product range. Stay updated on new product releases, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.


Customer Support:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the customer support team to enhance the overall customer experience.


Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives. Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to contribute to product development and marketing campaigns.


Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the home têxtile industry or related field.

Strong understanding of the Australian home têxtile market.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Knowledge of home têxtile products and industry trends.

Willingness to travel as needed.


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Berlin: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
