Your responsibilities:
Support the sales team in the ongoing development of existing and prospective FoxESS customers to ensure that the subsidiary is able to meet its growth targets
Work with other departments such as Operations, Logistics, and Sales planning to assure that orders are complete and shipped out in a timely manner.
Follow the order from beginning to end to assure that order goes out correctly and timely and customers are satisfied.
Follow up on warehouse stock and update customer data
Follow up orders, deliveries and back-order listsCreate reports for the Sales DirectorCheck and generate sales reports
Back-up for the other Back Office Assistant and Sales Coordinator
Your profile:
Apprentice Industrial Clerk (Ausbildung zur Industriekaufmann/-frau) or equivalent
Fluent in German and English are a must, other languages are of advantage
1 year+ of experience in the Back Office
Previous work experience with renewable energy products in the distribution or working for an ESS Distributor/Wholesaler is a plus
Strong teamwork awareness, exceptional communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a professional, "can-do" attitudeStructured, accurate, customer & service-oriented
Good knowledge of MS Office is a must
