Valeo Klimasysteme GmbH is an independent company of the globally active Valeo Group and specializes in the development, production and sales of heating and air-conditioning systems and control elements.

At the
Bad Rodach site, we successfully develop and manufacture innovative products for the automotive and commercial vehicle sector in the areas of air conditioning and control elements in the vehicle interior.

To drive our growth and further development, we are looking for you to join our team.


These challenges await you as

• Support in the creation of specifications with a focus on the programming and software structure for special machines for the manufacture of air conditioning systems and their components.
• Support and control of suppliers for software commissioning of machines and systems
• Creation and maintenance of the delivery specification for the software structure of special machines and test benches
• Definition and creation of standard modules for integration into the delivery specification
• Definition of the user interface of WinCC-HMI (TIA Portal)
• SAP structure and maintenance of production data (MES)

You inspire us with that:

• Qualified master craftsman or technician with several years of professional experience
• Technical training and, if applicable, further training as a master craftsman or technician in the field of industrial electronics or industrial mechatronics, or demonstrable several years of professional experience in a comparable environment.
• Experience in the creation of software for Simatic S7 controllers, robots and WinCC-HMI, communication via Profinet, LAN, LIN and CAN-BUS systems, as well as in the commissioning of robots (ABB, Stäubli, EPSON)
• Basic knowledge of network technology (TCPIP communication, firewalls)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Very good German and English knowledge in word and writing required
