  • And to continue telling this success story, we are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to help us continue to read our customers' every wish carefully.

This is the role:


  • You support our customers after sales and are in charge of all questions regarding delivery dates & feedback in an obliging and kindhearted manner
As our
Customer Sucess Specialist, you make sure that:

  • our customers receive their booths as quickly as possible
  • all customer issues along the delivery, assembly, and usage of our products are taken care of as quickly and with the highest quality level as possible
  • You ensure optimal communication between us, our logistics partners, and our customers

Requirements:


  • Min 2 years experience in customer service or similar roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ES, EN fluent (any other language like DE, IT, FR a plus)
  • A customercentric mindset and a commitment to ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot customer issues, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Empathetic and patient attitude when dealing with customer concerns or frustrations
  • Capability to handle multiple customer inquiries/topics simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on urgency
  • Skills in resolving customer conflicts and handling challenging situations diplomatically
