YOUR TASK

We offer you an 18 to 24month trainee program and a permanent employment contract.
You will get to know many different areas of the company, such as Key Account Management, Marketing, and Product.
You will build expertise and extensive knowledge about PAYBACK, Loyalty Programs, and CRM.
You will take on specialist and project responsibilities from day one.
To further enhance your strengths, you will receive constructive feedback from your colleagues.
You will work with other trainees on exciting and forwardthinking trainee projects.
You will receive individual supervision and have the opportunity to network within the entire PAYBACK GROUP.

YOUR PROFILE

You have an aboveaverage degree in business administration, (business) informatics, or a comparable field of study.
You have professional experience in the form of internships or training ideally in Key Account Management or Marketing.
You possess a strong understanding of numbers as well as excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
You are ambitious and want to drive digitization with your firstmover approach.
You work independently and are at the same time a dedicated team player.
You have very good English language you have the same high standards as we do: to be among the best
