Your Tasks:
The team is responsible for the operation and further development of our omnichannel contact solution: Genesys Cloud CX. Our main focus is to develop new solutions for our customer care units.

This can reach from simple IVRs to complex contact flows including API calls to CRM systems or including triggers for new apps.

As part of a team that shapes how customer care is handled on a worldwide scale, you will also take on the following tasks:


  • Design and implement functional contact flows allowing our hosting customers to reach the best agent for their needs.
  • Maintain existing flows, rights groups, configurations and additional apps within our contact center solution.
  • Fix bugs and implement changes in a timely manner as well as implement API calls to different business systems.
  • Connect Genesys Cloud CX to our telephony carriers via SIP, SBC, etc.
  • Develop, maintain and improve our existing toolchain (e

g:
Genesys Cloud, Git, Terraform, Vault).

  • Support and advise customer care units to improve business efficiency.

We Appreciate:

  • You are a team player who can easily work with multinational teams and you are able to communicate technical details to a layman audience.
  • You have experience in at least one scripting language (e

g:
Javascript, Python,), including testing and debugging your code after deployment.

  • You have an understanding of different operating systems and you are ideally familiar with contact center / call center operations.
  • Ideally you already have experience in telephony systems and SIP.
  • Basic knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL and Kknowledge about data compliance (GDPR) is a plus.
  • Of course you are fluent in english.
