- Erfassung von Anforderungen für den gesuchten Prozessbereich und Herausarbeiten von Lösungsansätzen
- Analyse und Dokumentation der Anforderungen von Geschäftsprozessen, die eine IT-Lösung erfordern
- Beratung der Fachbereiche bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Geschäftsprozesse, mit dem Ziel einer weltweiten Harmonisierungs-Strategie
- Koordination und Beratung bei Demands in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fachbereich und dem Demandmanagement
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im gesuchten Aufgabenfeld
- Kenntnisse in SAP oder einer anderen ERP-Software für den gesuchten Bereich
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Kundenorientierung und ein proaktives Informations- und Kommunikationsverhalten
