Treasury Controller (f/m/d): - For our department Group Treasury we are seeking to recruit a Treasury Controller (f/m/d).
- Group Treasury is responsible for funding and cash management. Our responsibilities are, among other things, managing the liquidity and enabling the transfer of cash between countries and subsidiaries.
- You will directly report the position Director Group Treasury & ICR. You will be located in our headquarters in Heidelberg, Germany.
Your next challenge:
- Preparation and development of the Group's periodic treasury reporting to senior financial management as well as the Managing and Supervisory Board, including valuations of and scenario analyses on individual financial instruments and financial instrument portfolios
- Provision of other regular and adhoc analyses and reporting
- Controlling followup and planning of key financial positions, in particular the Group's consolidated financial result and consolidated financial assets and liabilities
- Maintenance and development of the reporting treasury workstation and systems
- Advise and prepare hedge accounting documentation
- Centre of competence for the IFRS accounting for financial instruments within the Group
- Prepare annual report and external compliance report (EMIR)
- Interface with external and internal auditors
Your profile:
- University degree in business administration with a major in Finance, Accounting or Controlling or a comparable qualification
- First experience (also from internships) in the field of Finance, Accounting or Controlling of an international Group is of advantage
- Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills
- Fluent in English and German
- Experience of Bloomberg and SAP would be an advantage
- Handson approach and ability to work independently
