JR37460 SMD Solderer / Rework Specialist in Leased Labor contract (Evergreen)

SMD Solderer / Rework Specialist at Micron Semiconductor (Deutschland) GmbH.


This is a fixed term position in leased labor contract with duration of up to 6 months:

You will perform complex repairs and rework on products in accordance with established standards using visual aids, verbal and/or written instructions.


You will setup and modify test platforms using interposers or ball grid array (BGA) sockets, and perform rework by soldering under a microscope.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:


  • Maintain status of rework items from receipt through completion
  • Follow work instructions, utilize assembly drawings, and interpret engineering changes
  • Rework PCBs with de/solder BGA and interposer components
  • Perform functional check of goods in preparation for shipment
  • Keep inventory of required items needed to maintain the rework and repair area
  • Perform intermediate assembly tasks such unboxing, cleaning, labeling
  • Adjust electronic component parts to enable measurements

Education/Required Experience:


  • Qualification as SMD solderer or apprenticeship in a similar technical field (mobile phone repair, technician, mechatronics, electronics, automotive)
  • Work experience in a related technical field or laboratory environment

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:


  • Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by standards
  • Ability to interact effectively with peers and supervisors
  • Ability to adhere to workplace rules
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and component identifications
  • Ability to work with minute parts and demonstrate finger dexterity
  • Ability to work with microscope, soldering equipment, solder rework machine, SMT mounting tools

Dies ist eine Einstellung im Rahmen einer Arbeitnehmerüberlassung befristet auf 6 Monate
Sie führen komplexe Reparaturen durch und folgen dabei standardisierten Anweisungen und Beschreibungen sowie Instruktionen aus dem Team.


Sie setzen Systeme zum Test auf und modifizieren sie mit Testadaptern (Interposer) und Sockeln im BGA-Format (ball grid array), dazu löten Sie unter dem Mikroskop.


Ihre Hauptaufgaben und Funktionen:


  • Instandhalten der Prototypen vom Empfang bis zur erfolgreichen Reparatur oder Modifikation
  • Ausführen von Lötmodifikationen nach Beschreibung, Schaltplan und Layoutzeichnung
  • SMD Löten und Entlöten von BGA Komponenten (Interposer,Sockel) auf Leiterplatten (PCB)
  • Elektrische Funktionskontrolle der modifizierten Systeme und Prototypen
  • Vorbereitung der Systeme für die anschliessenden Analysen und Messungen
  • Vorratshaltung der notwenigen A
