Then our highly motivated and dynamic Global Talent Acquisition team is the right place for you, as we are looking for an experienced project manager with the ability to drive state-of-the-art talent acquisition globally.

What you can expect:

As a Senior Expert you will be responsible for the conception, implementation and global rollout of Global Talent Acquisition projects respect to quality, timelines & strategy
Support the Head of global Talent Acquisition by identifying opportunities to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the global talent acquisition toolbox
Oversee recruitment systems and tools, reporting and analytics, employee referral, diversity recruiting and global expansion of our diagnostics tools
Identify, build, maintain and manage relationships with recruiting vendors, agencies and thirdparty suppliers
Close cooperation with our local and global Talent Acquisition and HR colleagues, as well as our key stakeholder HR Digitalization

Your profile:

Solutionoriented and analytical way of working as well as a high degree of diligence
Very good organizational skills including the capability of setting priorities; accurate and detailfocussed without being a perfectionist
Distinct customer and service orientation as well as high consulting competence and communication skills on all levels
Teamoriented personality with excellent interpersonal skills, such as a positive and constructive candoattitude
Ability to work independently and with selfmotivation under tight timelines
Business fluency in English, German is a plus
