Your mission:

We are always looking for keen and motivated people.

To keep our standard we are looking for new team members who want to join our international Bar team:

Our food and beverage offering is constantly evolving and made up of many parts; café, bar, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.

All work together to provide excellent service and high quality produce to all visitors, both hotel guests and locals, for the duration of their stay.

Having a sustainable, local, independent, and high quality offering is at the centre of everything we do and is hugely important to us and our guests.


All food served in the hotel is as much as possible is sourced locally, and as time goes on more and more will come from our own farm.

Bread is baked in our in house bakery and our wine list is comprised of many organic, biodynamic, and natural wines.

All of the suppliers and producers we work with share our passions, and so must anyone who would like to join our team.


We want to offer every guest a unique experience through excellent service and we are always looking for people who are passionate about doing so.

If you have an outgoing, sociable personality we can offer you the opportunity to work in a space where innovation is welcomed.


From now on we look for a full time senior bartender (M/F/d) for our hotel bar.

  • Drinks production according recipes & equipment awareness
  • Product knowledge & sales awareness
  • Providing high quality service
  • Knowledge about bar operation, back and front
  • Being aware of the hotel, it's happenings, structures and procedures
  • Being eager to develop and move forward within a professional team
  • Be informed about current offers and events

Your profile:


  • You are keen about new trends & products
  • You love working at night and being a charming host to your guests
  • Your personality allows you to stay calm & friendly even in stressful moments
  • You enjoy the teamwork and are curious to try new things
- at least 2 years experience working in a similar environment as requirements
- looking for 3-4 days per week

Founded and curated by Nadine and Tom Michelberger.

To the Michelberger belongs a regenerative food farm in the Spreewald, the PEOPLE Festival, the sister restaurant ORA and the coconut water Fountain of Youth.

For over a decade, the Michelberger has been a diverse cultural venue that continues to walk its own unique path.

A hotel, a restaurant, a wine bar, a stage, a beer garden, a festival, a farm, a social space for all people and diverse occasions to stay.

Arisen out of and deeply rooted in Berlin's cultural landscape, the Michelberger is always evolving with the people and stories that hotel life writes.

A hub for musicians, authors, creative professionals on work trips, families, couples on vacation or Berliners on home leave with an incomparable atmosphere.

The restaurant's product kitchen works with regional and organic ingredients from hunters, gatherers, fishermen, farmers and producers with whom the Michelberger has been working directly for many years.

For more than 2 years, vegetables, herbs and fruit also come from the Michelberger's own farm in the Spreewald.
