What you will enjoy doing

You will support the definition, development and continuation of the Human Resources EMEA digitization and analytics strategy
In addition, you will coordinate and discuss contentrelated topics with the IT department and use analytics/IT to determine how you can implement them
Further, you will create continuous reporting on HR metrics and analytics with draft recommendations for action
You will provide expert knowledge in the specialist areas of human resources analytics
Besides you will support the Compensation & Benefits/Rewards EMEA department

What makes you great

You have a degree in business administration or a related field or, alternatively, 46 years of professional experience in the field of human resources supplemented by knowledge from the area of digitalization
In addition, you have 23 years of experience in the implementation, definition and introduction of human resources processes
You have already gained initial experience in an international environment and the ability to communicate and collaborate interculturally
Besides, this you have very good knowledge in MS-Office 365 Apps especially in the area of Sharepoint, Lists, PowerAutomate, as well as very good knowledge in Excel especially in the area of PowerQuery, Macros, PivotCharts
Statistics using univariate and multivariate analysis methods is key
You have gained first knowledge in the area of lowcode programming
Lastly, you are fluent in English and one other language from an EMEA country, preferably German
