Cybersecurity Team Lead OT Security (d/f/m)

Your tasks and responsibilities

Disciplinary management of the OT Security Team
Responsible for employee recruiting, employee development and employee assessment
Carrying out development talks, objectives settings and other disciplinary tasks
Carrying out personnel resource planning and coordination with the other teams
Managing the development of competencies within the team
Contributing to budget planning (cost centre planning, R&D planning, operational planning)
Planning and control of research and development activities within the department
Supporting activities in the area of presales, sales and marketing
Support in the preparation and quality assurance of offers in our department
Working closely with international product managers on the development of new products, services and solutions in the IT Security area
Report directly to the Head of Consulting Delivery Centre Germany

Desired skills and qualifications

You have a degree in engineering or computer science / information technology or comparable and/or several years of professional experience in a similar position
You have a strong understanding of enterprise security and IT systems
You have already gained experience in managing security consultants and/or security engineers/architects
You have a sound technical knowledge of IT and OT security
You have already gained experience in international teamwork
You are a structured and wellorganized worker
Your communication skills are outstanding
Your German and English language skills are business fluent
You are willing to go on occasional business trips

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
