YOUR ROLE:

Provide essential support in executing the programs outlined in Henkel Adhesive Technologies sustainability strategy
Plan and execute projects related to sustainability initiatives and AQR (Adhesive Quality Requirements) team development, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
Monitor project progress and address any issues to ensure successful completion
Develop presentations for effective communication with top management, conveying progress, challenges, and strategic insights related to sustainability efforts
Facilitate clear and concise reporting mechanisms for key stakeholders
Contribute to the further development of the operating model for the implementation of the sustainability strategy Facilitate committees and structures to streamline the integration of sustainability practices

YOUR SKILLS:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Strategy or Sustainability Management
Ideally ca. 35 years of relevant professional experience within sustainability
Passion towards driving sustainability in a business environment, working together with various crossfunctional stakeholders e.g. from market strategy, product development or other sustainability teams
Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication capabilities
Individual with both strategic and analytical mindset
Fluent English language skills, knowledge of German is an advantage
