Then you seem to be perfect for our Head of Procurement position in our
Munich office**
How you'll be hosting with heart:

You are responsible for developing the best procurement solutions for limehome incl. defining the relevant strategy per category and building up supplier relations to secure on time supply at best prices
You are leading the central Procurement and WHS / Logistics team and ensure availability of products to open up more limehome properties and serve reorder needs in running operations. The categories primarily include all FF&E and OS&E. You lead the negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contracts and you drive continuous improvements around our standard product portfolio
You are responsible to develop the warehouse and logistics setup across countries and ensure the collaboration with the local teams in the markets
You and your team integrate the product and supply chain solutions into the project development processes and daily operations procedures. You oversee inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning to optimize stock levels and avoid shortages
You take control and ownership to balance limehome business interests between product quality, availability, design and cost efficiency and align stakeholders internally and externally
You are excited to develop one of the key central operations teams for a fastgrowing startup expanding throughout Europe

What you need to shoot for the stars:

You have +5 years of experience in strategic procurement and +2 years in a leadership role, ideally in an ambitious and driven environment
Prior experience in procurement and managing logistics for FF&E and OS&E categories are ideal, hospitality industry experience is beneficial but not mandatory
You enjoy taking ownership plus driving and representing the procurement agenda within our company
You demonstrate the ability to think strategically but are able to work diligently and drive operational excellence in detail
You are proficient in German as well as English
You are willing to go on business trips to validate products and manage supplier relationships
You are pragmatic and handson and have an eye on detail
