    At Bankhaus Scheich / tradias, we provide the necessary infrastructure and services to enable all institutional investors to access the enormous potential of digital assets. The decades of accumulated knowledge of Bankhaus Scheich as one of the leading securities trading banks and market maker on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange is now flowing into the FinTech arm tradias. Bankhaus Scheich / tradias already enables its customers to trade a variety of cryptocurrencies and other digital assets in a regulated environment, as well as to access a range of other digital asset services such as tokenization, asset management or borrowing/lending.

    Our core and history is in trading and market making - building on these capabilities and experience, we are now creating a holistic financial services offering for digital assets.

    Tasks

    • Responsible for strategy and execution of B2B and B2B2C trading flow
    • Understanding of client needs to ensure high-quality services for trade execution, trade ideas and marking maker guarantees as well as cash and collateral management
    • Working closely with other departments, specifically BAs, IT and senior management, and being responsible for developing an intricate knowledge of the services that we offer along with their suitability for various types of clients
    • Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
    • Professional and disciplinary guidance of the overall trading desk team members

    Requirements

    • University degree with a background in data science, finance or comparable qualifications
    • Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in finance or trading
    • Relevant experience in trading/trading operations/trading risk FICC, Digital Assets and Equities
    • Solid knowledge of MS Office & Python
    • A Passion for crypto and blockchain
    • Quick comprehension as well as a confident and sovereign appearance
    • Enthusiasm and initial experience in the area of digital assets are preferred
    • Team spirit, high level of commitment and initiative
    • Excellent German and English skills
