WHAT YOU DO:

You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting and cash planning.
You will prepare and monitor short and mediumterm liquidity planning continuously improving and optimizing liquidity management.
You take a holistic view that includes ensuring stable payroll processes, managing company administrations and leading financial projects.
You will ensure that the monthly and annual reportings are prepared on time and at the best quality delivered to the group FP&A team
You will serve as a commercial sparring partner for the organization and the management
You drive business performance with a focus on cost efficiency.
You will set the new quality benchmark and elevate each one of the finance team work to a better place.
You oversee financial planning and analysis, ensuring compliance.
You manage company administration, serving as a member of the management team.

WHO YOU ARE:

You're an integrated finance expert with a deep knowledge in controlling, value flows, and supply chain management.
You must have proven experience in a leadership position, ideally with agency background.
You have strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
You have a growth mindset with experience in working with crossfunctional teams.
You are a natural leader with the ability to get the best out of wider agency teams at all levels.
