After closing our Series A, building a team of +60 employees, and launching in +3 major locations in Germany, we are ready to scale and build an amazing global tech company.

For this next chapter, we are looking for a COO (M/F/x) based in Berlin.

THE ROLE
As part of our leadership team, you will set the standard for first-class operations on an international scale.

Leading a team of +20 people across various cities your core mission will be to bring excellence to all individual locations by ensuring an amazing customer and coach experience.

You will help us grow city by city through writing and implementing our expansion playbook. You will make data-based decisions on how to redefine and professionalize our Internal Ops (incl. Finance & Legal), Central & Growth Ops (incl. coach operations, roll-out, expansion, and hardware), and Location Ops (incl. city management).

Especially in the beginning, you will be traveling to all of our different cities ( Hamburg, Berlin, Munch, and soon more).

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

You are in charge of the vision and longterm strategy as well as the management of all operations and the supply side of the business
You grow and manage our entire ops team (+20 ppl) based in +3 locations. You lead by example, empathy, and integrity
You professionalize and automize all business processes (incl. backoffice, finance central ops, and city ops) to enable growth as much as quality
You define and execute a scalable expansion operations playbook for new city launches
You will be part of the board meetings and support the CEO with fundraising

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Operational leadership experience: multiple years of work experience in a senior ops role in highgrowth startups, incl. managing an int. team
Market exposure: extensive experience in growing franchise business models, preferably in hardwarerelated sectors such as hospitality or mobility
Successful expansion track record: previous endtoend ownership of launching and growing new locations and building ops playbooks
Excellent analytical skills: databased decisionmaking approach and knowledge of measuring what matters
Emotional intelligence and communication skills: empathetic leadership approach, engaging your team, and communicating with diverse target audiences at eyelevel
Growth mindset and grit: Demonstrable experience in managing and powering through tough situations and decisions
Handson attitude: no ego, doing what needs to be done regardless of your title
