Reporting to the Executive Leadership team, this Director of Operations role will be key to the continued success of the organisation and you should have a natural appetite to positively influence those around you.

Leading a large portfolio of stores, and personnel within, you will have a number of direct reports who you should inspire to consider how grocery can be 'rethought' whilst ensuring the basics within the brick and mortar establishments are delivered to world class standards.
