_Job Requirements:

  • Development of requirement profiles and target grouporiented job advertisements
  • Direct approach of suitable talents (active sourcing) and development of a talent pool
  • Independently conduct interviews (facetoface and virtual)
  • Conception and organization of innovative personnel marketing activities (e.g. recruiting events) to address suitable specialists
  • Collaboration with In-House HR BP through the entire recruiting process and approach on the onlineportal
  • Support in the qualification mapping process

_Education & Experience:
_


  • A completed university degree in human resources or related field
  • Professional experience in endtoend recruiting processes incl. Active Sourcing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experiences in using recruitment tools

_Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
_


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Fluent in English and German, with strong written and verbal skills in both languages
  • Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Team spirit and a positive attitude
  • Motivation for emobility
