Job description
We are looking for an Support Specialist (M/F/d) in Madrid, Venlo, Hamburg or Bielefeld. In this role, you will be part of our Support Team.

You will have the opportunity to work with us in a national and international company and, in terms of support, you will act as a link between carriers, customers and various departments.

Furthermore, you are a part of the IT-support team. As a member of this team you will take care that IT issues are solved as good and quickly as possible and you will take care of setting up clients within the Transport Management


Responsibilities:


  • Answer the questions from customers and carriers to their satisfaction via a ticket system
  • Answer questions as effective as possible (one stop solution)
  • Proactively work on optimizing communication
  • Cooperate on optimizing the ticket system
  • Built a relation with clients and carriers
  • Cooperate on documenting and updating processes and instructions
  • Share client information actively throughout the organization
  • 1st point of contact in case of IT issues. Take care that that other departments take over and keep customers and stakeholders informed about the status.
  • Set up customers within the Transport Management System
Profile

  • A completed vocational training
  • Work experience in the logistic field/customer service
  • Excellent oral and written knowledge of the English and Spanish languages
  • Excellent command of the MS Office package and affinity with working with software systems and TMS
  • You work customeroriented, are a team player, proactive and stressresistant
