People Operations Administrator (M/F/d):


As a
People Operations Administrator,
you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our Human Resources Business Partner function.

Collaborating with different stakeholders, you will provide exceptional support to our employees. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in coordinating various people operations tasks. Join us in making a positive impact on our organization by delivering outstanding People support and services.


_ We want you to:

  • Interact with external partners, fostering collaboration and cooperation to deliver highquality services that align with company requirements
  • Provide support for ongoing general office and People services operations, ensuring a high level of service and support for employees while liaising with external providers
  • Execute People activities and programs that offer employees highquality guidance and a unique experience to maintain and enhance organizational efficiency
  • Coordinate workflows with internal interfaces to support shared planning and mutual understanding
  • Assist in the communication and implementation of processes, policies, and systems within the areas of responsibility
  • Administer and respond to employee HRrelated inquiries or requests
  • Act as the main contact point for all HRrelated external inquiries
  • Draft and issue employment contracts, employee certifications, and other relevant documents
  • Monitor and propose actions required based on applicable labor laws and procedures in Germany (consulting legal advisory services when necessary)
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for new joiners
  • Maintain accurate records of employees in SuccessFactors
  • Administer and improve processes within the HR operations area
  • Participate in and contribute to adhoc HR projects as assigned

You will also need to have:

  • University Degree in Business Administration or comparable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR operations and processes
  • Ability to draft and issue contracts, certifications, and other relevant documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Experience in supporting on boarding and off boarding processes
  • Familiarity with HR systems and recordkeeping practices
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and organized records
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Proactive and solutionsoriented mindset
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle adhoc HR projects
  • Fluent in English & German language; any other language is an advantage
