The vision of NAO is to build the premier destination, where wealth building becomes a true and meaningful experience.

We have recognized that many retail investors lose their wealth by aiming for fast and easy money instead of long term wealth building.

In comparison, professional investors and Family Offices have a much deeper knowledge in markets and a better relationship to investment companies.

With strong knowledge in finance and tech product building, we want to fight inequality in investing by creating a new kind of investment club for digital natives.

Job Description:

As Founders Associate (M/F/d) you will be mainly responsible to support our founders in operational, strategic and organizational daily business.

You will work especially very closely with the CEO Robin.

You will support the founders by developing and building the startup
You will be responsible to collaborate with them with your handson mentality in every area of the company
You will initiate and take full ownership for strategic and operational projects and drive them forward proactively in collaboration with our founders.
You will support the daily operational business, e.g. by scheduling and creating meetings, appointments and making travel arrangements etc.
You conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client leads

Qualifications:

You have studied in the field of banking and/or finance or similar studies
A handson mentality is essential in this role as you will be working on complex & challenging, as well as more operational tasks together with your team
You are able to demonstrate strong organizational skills and have the ability to prioritize, focus on what is really important, and think about "what's next" on your own
An interest in lifestyle, design, digitalization, trends and entrepreneurship would make you the perfect fit
You are an experienced Excel user and speak both German and English on a fluent level

We are still a small team of five people on our journey to change the financial industry.
