About the role:

Supporting an international team on any ad hoc personnel inquiries across all offices
Preparing onboarding of new employees and interns
Monitoring data entry and maintenance of our HR databases
Collaborating on special employer branding projects with our Marketing Department

About you:

Completed degree in Psychology (focus Organizational Psychology) or Human Resources or comparable qualifications
Experience in a similar position, ideally in a law firm, consulting firm or similar company setting
Excellent command of spoken and written English and German, further European languages are a plus
Good understanding in German and Belgian labour law desirable, or willingness to learn
Very good MS Office knowledge
Organisational talent with independent working style, good time management, good team player, enjoying challenges and ability to prioritise
Attention to detail, serviceorientation, reliability and a proactive approach
