As Content Creator within our Corporate Communications & Brand Team you will be responsible for producing compelling and engaging content around the Sennheiser brand and company that drives audience engagement across different communication channels

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual for this new and exciting position.

You should be an experienced self-starter with a passion for trying out new approaches and pushing things forward on a professional level.


You can work remotely with the option of working from our offices in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Nordics, or the UK.

Content Creator (M/F/d)

Your tasks and responsibilities will be to:

  • Plan, conceptualize and implement creative content formats around the Sennheiser brand and company based on our communication strategies and goals
  • Create texts, photos, videos and other assets for internal and external audiences and different communication channels (e.g., social media (owned and paid), website, intranet, etc.)
  • Manage freelancers and agencies such as writers, graphic designers, and video production teams
  • Ensure all content pieces and assets are consistent with our brand values and key messages as well as search engine optimized (SEO)
  • Evaluate and report on content performance in collaboration with our Communication Analyst, you to enable optimization and further increase audience engagement

Your profile

  • A university degree in marketing, communication, journalism, or a related discipline, or an apprenticeship in a related field
  • At least 2 years' experience in creating content (ideally various content types) for different communication channels
  • Verifiable examples of content execution that demonstrate your creativity
  • Experience in managing agencies and freelancers
  • Knowledge about global social networks and their specifics regarding successful content
  • Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, and popular content management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent English)
  • A "handson" mindset and a passion for collaborating with an international team
