Job Description:

Your mission during this flight:

You provide employee support on individual People & Organisation (P&O) related questions and requests.
You assist in employee onboarding process.
You support global mobility services by offering assistance with relocation, visa and international assignments.
You manage absence and attendance management data for accurate Working Time Management records.
You manage personnel file management for accurate P&O data through effective master data input.
You ensure compliant employee offboarding by supporting administrative offboarding including reference letters.
You participate in specific P&O initiatives regarding policies, process design, documentation creation.
Growth projects depending on skills and development under the supervision of P&O colleagues.

Qualifications:

Check in your professional skills:

Currently enrolled as an university student in an HR related field.
Good IT office skills (MS Office, Teams etc.).
Fast learner and eager to grow.
Strong organizational skills.
Secure knowledge of English, German is a plus.
First HR experience in internships beneficial, but not a must.
