Job Description:


About the Role:

Your responsibilities include:

  • Further develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy that aligns with the company's values and mission.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current employees by organizing events, conducting surveys, and gathering feedback.
  • Collaborate with other P&C departments, Corporate Communications/Marketing teams to create compelling content that highlights the company's unique culture and benefits.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the success of employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our employer brand and talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Marketing, or a comparable education.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Employer Branding and/or Talent Relationship Management.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing events for the purpose of increasing visibility as an employer and driving awareness and consideration among the desired target group.
  • Strong communication, networking, and project management skills.
  • Experience using HR technology and social media platforms for employer branding and talent acquisition purposes is a plus.
  • A deep understanding of employment branding, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Fluent in German and at least a proficient knowledge in English
