Your tasks

We are looking for you, a Group Leader Project Services (M/F/diverse), to provide various services to development projects at the location Babenhausen.

The group consists of 4 teams covering these services:

Configuration Management on system level
Product Data Management
D-FMEA

- (Legal) Technical Regualions

Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

Leading 4 teams: Organsiation and personnel management
Coordinating w/w teams
Communicating with project responsibles and other stakeholders
Planning resources and estimating efforts according defined budget, time and quality
Reporting status and progress, presenting work results
Supporting and contributing the Process Management regarding the above mentioned services

Profile:

Academic Degree in Engineering or comparable qualification
Solid (project) management experience
Experience in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and interdisciplinary project teams
Knowledge of ASPICE
Knowledge of databases
Solid presentation and documentation capabilities
Fluent German and English
Ability to work analytically and structurally and to organize
Excellent communication skills
Excellent quality awareness
