Typical tasks in this customer service role

Receiving customer inquiries regarding the functionality of entertainment devices (general product inquiries or inquiries regarding operating functions).
Compatibility check of different hardware components and software versions
Advising customers on important topics such as wireless networks, mobility or even security components to name just a few.
If necessary, providing telephone support during installation or setup
Documentation / Processing
