As we continue to increase our global reach, we are growing and spreading our
Orthodontic Clinics in Germany.


We are looking for an experienced
Clinic Manager who can manage our clinic, supervising the on-site team with their all day to day tasks.


Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and lead the onsite team with their daily tasks with experience to innovate in a new market.
  • Maintain professionalism and the patientfriendly environment.
  • Solve escalated issues of any problems relating to patients.
  • Guide the sales team with training and KPIs.
  • Improve conversion rate with the sales executives.
  • Ensure compliance and performance of the clinic with sanitary protocols for the clinics under supervision.
  • Ensure the patient care team professionalism and friendly manners towards the patients.
  • Embrace, be adaptive and respond timely to constructive customer and team feedback.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance with the health protocols of the clinics under your responsibility.
  • Actively participate in marketing actions and interviews, reception of influencers, photo and video shoots.
  • Be the face of Impress, greet customers, sell Impress treatments and productions, and guide customers through timelines and expectations from the first visit until the end of treatment
  • Engage and form a genuine connection with our customers to keep them excited about their journey to a more confident smile
  • Train newcomers and sales associates, doctors, and medical staff
  • Create schedules and ensure best team performance
  • Track conversions and ensure good performance
  • Meet sales budgets
  • Ensure 100% amazing look and feel in the clinics

Requirements:


  • 4+ years of experience in clinical administration, medical science or related fields or in a managing role
  • Up to date with CQC regulatory laws.
  • Registered CQC manager will be a plus
  • Leadership experience.
  • Calm and reassuring manner.
  • Previous experience in the dental industry will be a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for management.
  • Energetic, wellorganised and team spirited.
  • Numbersdriven and passionate for sales.
  • Passionate for working for a startup (experience in startup sales will be a huge plus).
  • Previous dentistry experience is a plus
  • You are a team player, positive, curious, and enthusiastic
  • You are goaloriented and you like working with autonomy and agility
  • You are proactive and eager to take responsibility
  • You have high communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English
