- Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Regulatory-Affairs-Strategie für neue und bestehende Produkte in Deutschland
- Führung des Regulatory-Affairs-Teams und Aufbau funktionaler Kompetenzen
- Verhandlungen und Interaktionen mit Gesundheitsbehörden für Arzneimittel, Medizinprodukte und Kosmetika
- Verantwortlichkeit als Regulatory Information Officer gemäß § 74a, §8 AMG
- Leitung der Regulierungsaktivitäten für das gesamte Produktportfolio in unterschiedlichen Kategorien
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Produktlizenzen und deren rechtzeitige Aktualisierung
- Aufbau und Pflege effektiver Beziehungen zu Gesundheitsbehörden und Standardisierungsgremien
- Kontinuierliche Anpassung an relevante regulatorische Entwicklungen und Definition von Strategien entsprechend
- Abgeschlossenes Pharmaziestudium oder Bachelor-Abschluss in Pharmaziewissenschaften.
- Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in Regulatory Affairs für Arzneimittel, Medizinprodukte und/oder Kosmetika.
- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis der pharmazeutischen Industrie in Deutschland.
- Erfahrung als Regulatory Information Officer nach §74a, §8 AMG.
- Exzellente Kenntnisse der deutschen Gesetzgebung und Regulierung für Arzneimittel.
- Starke Führungsqualitäten und Erfahrung in der Teamleitung.
- Verhandlungsgeschick und Interaktion mit hochrangigen Stakeholdern.
- Umfassende Kenntnisse der GxP-Vorschriften und SOPs.
