The position will initially be limited to 6 months to provide temporary support for the Senior Manager.

The role offers the opportunity for remote working, with office presence as required. Location is Hanover, Germany.

As "Expert Group Crisis & Business Continuity" you will support the TUI Group strategy in response and preparation for a major incident in the areas of both Crisis & Business Continuity.

This includes the delivery of procedures, training and testing, including strategies, alignment, system and process enhancement. In addition you will be taking a project management role on all current and future developments

ABOUT THE JOB
Crisis Management/BC - Maintain and deliver the Group Crisis Management strategy to the standards agreed by the TUI Board. Ensure procedures are trained, tested and implemented throughout the group in incident, crisis, and business continuity management. In the event of a crisis will support the Senior Managers
Project Management - Coordinate resources and manage vendors for the flawless on time execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered within scope and within budget.

Support the developing of detailed project plans, to track progress, project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Profit & Growth - supporting the delivery of group projects & crisis management services in a streamlined and cost-effective way without compromising customer service and customer and employee safety.

Customer Insight and Experience - Ensure that the performances of project delivery & the Crisis Management Teams are regularly reviewed to ensure continuous improvement through testing and debriefs.

Operational Excellence - Will operationally support in a crisis for group as required. Will embed processes to identify risks to the TUI business and create essential action plans to meet Board expectations.

People Development & Learning - Steering stakeholders & operational managers as required to ensure consistent high levels of achievement and projects are delivered in time and scope.

In the event of major crisis to support senior teams
People Management - Establish, manage and maintain relationships with third parties, vendors and colleagues across the group to ensure a healthy and productive work environment

ABOUT YOU
Proven working experience in project administration and knowledge of the travel industry across markets and business's
Understanding of Business Continuity, Crisis or Risk Management
Ability to produce own training and presentation materials would be a plus

Can do character:
ability to work in an international team, to prioritize, with good time management. A great communicator who thinks critical and who us a good organizer
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skill
Personal initiative, commitment, resilience, strong communication skills and flexibility, even when time is critical
Very good knowledge of German and English, another foreign language (French or Spanish) is an advantage ABOUT OUR OFFER
