As we continue to grow, we are looking for a People Operations Specialist (M/F/d) to join our team of curious truth-seekers at zeroG.

In this key role in our central functions team, you will work closely with our HR Business Partner, Finance team & CFO, oversee the Employee Lifecycle and ensure a seamless People Operations process from end-to-end.

What you will do:


  • You oversee the entire Employee Lifecycle incl. Onboarding, People/HR Admin & Offboarding processes
  • You prepare monthly Payroll documents and act as a point of contact for our Payroll provider
  • You work with our People Management Tool (HRIS), as well as Lufthansainternal HR Systems to keep all employee information uptodate and act as a point of contact for any questions from the Team
  • You continuously review, optimize & improve any People Operationsrelated processes and workflows
  • You collaborate with our Finance & Controlling Team regarding People Analytics and Reporting
  • You actively support with People & Culture topics and collaborate on / lead your own HR Projects (e.g. Implementation of new People Systems, Employer Branding, Compensation & Benefits, People Analytics, Performance, Learning & Development, etc.)
  • You oversee our Office Management and make sure our Office is a welcoming place to work
  • You help to plan & coordinate company events and contribute ideas to continuously improve Employee Experience

What you should bring to the table:

  • You have successfully completed your studies in Human Resources Management, Economics, Finance, (Organizational) Psychology or a related topic; alternatively you have completed a relevant vocational education
  • Ideally you have around 13 years work experience in a People Operations / HR Admin type of role
  • You should have good foundational knowledge of relevant German labor regulations (e.g. (Lohnsteuer, Sozialversicherungs
- & Arbeitsrecht)

  • You have experience in working with MS-Office tools, incl. Word & Excel; as well as working with an HR Information System
  • You are a "curious truthseeker" and constantly try to find new ways of doing things and getting things done in the most effective and efficient way possible
  • You have a conscientious and detailoriented way of working, have great organization skills, proactively take ownership of processes, and can selfmanage
  • You are an excellent communicator both written and spoken, have a serviceoriented mindset and thrive when working as part of a team
  • You speak English fluently; German language skills (in the context of an HRrelated role) would be an asset
  • Domain
- & Industry knowledge in the Aviation sector and related HR processes would be an asset
