Senior Compliance Solution & Integration Practitioner (M/F/d)

The Cloud Platform Team provides a standardized and pre-configured public multi-cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, GCP) for the development of innovative solutions in a DevOps manner.

These platforms augment the hyperscaler native environment with enhanced capabilities for a secure, compliant, and cost-efficient cloud utilization. It provides a maximum of autonomy to our consumers while facilitating adherence to Bayer regulations.

To ensure technical planning, design and implementation of automations and manual operations procedures for GxP, GISC, GDPR and other global compliance frameworks for the platform we are looking for a
Senior Compliance Solution & Integration Practitioner (M/F/d) to become part of our
team.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Enable our platform product owners to deliver their products according to Bayer's compliance needs
Collaborate with regulatory teams on strategic direction for the use of key technologies and drive required architectural changes in alignment with relevant IT organizations
Support internal/external audits
Consult stakeholders for public cloud compliance and automation with respect to documentation of change management activities
Collaborate with the architecture community to align solutions with target architectures, roadmaps (across domains) and the Bayer enterprise architecture framework
Work with cross functional teams to identify risks and gaps in our compliance controls and facilitate remediation across our products and infrastructure
Continuously evolve and promote our shared responsibility model between public cloud provider our team and our users/ customers

WHO YOU ARE

You have a university degree in information science or similar [career changer welcome]
You bring strong experience in one or more of the compliance frameworks (e.g., GxP, ICS, GDPR) relevant for IT
You are interested in public cloud infrastructure and cloud native development
You experienced working in a DevOps and/or Agile Environment in one of your last assignments
Even in critical situations your analytical and problemsolving capacities are excellent
You bring excellent communication skills and are eager to understand your stakeholder/customer needs
You are a selfstarter, able to shift directions quickly and able to motivate others
You are a teamplayer

This position can be located in Leverkusen or St. Louis.
