Sales Cloud Product Owner

What to expect:


  • As the "Product Owner Sales Cloud (M/F/d)
  • Salesforce," you are accountable for helping us achieve the following platformwide objectives: To enable databased decision making and promote a truly omnichannel strategy, we build a 360degree perspective of the consumer across Marketing, Sales, and Service.
  • In your capacity as a member of the EMEA Customer Platform team, you create and oversee the product vision and roadmap for Sales Cloud. This is carried out closely in coordination with other product owners, enterprises, functions, and areas.
  • You are responsible for the Sales Cloud's product backlog, refine and prioritise user stories, and oversee upgrades, consolidation, evaluation, and prioritisation of product requirements.
  • You consistently recognise optimization potential, question the current quo, comprehend innovations (such as new features), and determine future priorities and directions.
  • You compile and combine change requests, assist with the feasibility assessment, serve as an empowered business advocate, make platformrelated decisions with a business focus, support the tool's deployment, test functions, and approve on the company's behalf.
  • You routinely take part in agile rituals including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retro. You also manage business and IT stakeholders as well as local and remote Subject Matter Experts.
  • You provide a major contribution to the business's change management, communication, and training/enablement efforts.
  • You operate as the primary point of contact for important users in relation to the Sales Cloud and coordinate a network of important parties involved in the product, including knowledge sharing and the exchange of best practices.

Personal Requirements:


  • You have at least three to five years of expertise with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • You are knowledgeable about the sales procedures for complicated capital goods and consumables in the corporate world.
  • You have expertise in agile approaches and have demonstrated experience managing and leading projects in global contexts
  • You speak and write English fluently and have excellent communication abilities.
  • You can act as a leader and interact with stakeholders in business, functions, regions, and IT.
  • You work well in multidisciplinary teams and can prioritise tasks and say "no" when necessary.
  • You have a strong handson mentality, a high level of customer and results orientation, and the capacity to operate on several parallel workstreams.
