As a founder's associate, you will channel your capacities to support the vision and goals of this company just like the founders themselves.

In particular, you will be working closely with our CEO Nicola Kegel.

Your role will entail involvement in varied aspects of our startup such as HR, operational processes, partnership development, and strategic oversight.

As an integral part of a cross-functional team, you will be responsible to oversee people and operations so as to tune the core/central processes and set the stage for scaling at our company.

As you hone your skills in this multifaceted role, your work will see a tangible impact on Nanogami's growth from 10 to 40 employees.

What you will do:

Be part of an interdisciplinary team that leads in the field of DNA nanotechnology
Act and think like a founder on a diverse range of operational and strategic tasks working closely with the founders, you will be like an inhouse consultant traversing through bottlenecks and finding potential needs.
Develop reliable workflows and task automation for all aspects of operations and administration, including accounting, logistics, procurement, HR, legal, sales, and marketing
Organize team building activities and events at Nanogami to keep up the dynamic atmosphere, and ensure persistent improvement through retrospectives

Requirements:

You have two plus years of experience in a fastpaced environment (e.g. growth startup, consulting, investment banking or VC)
You are solutiondriven and know how to work independently, look for efficient solutions and always keep the big picture in mind
You are a great communicator, optimistic and teamoriented
You want to make a reallife impact with us and help use the potential of DNA Origami for the next generation of Biochips
You speak fluent English and German
