w3-ff is a Venture Builder specializing in W2 use cases in connection with W3 technology. We are currently looking for a visionary, ambitious, and passionate Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR) to lead a new HR-Tech venture project with the goal of becoming a Co-Founder.

Aufgaben

As an EiR, you will:

• Be significantly involved in the development, launch, and scaling of our new start-up in the HR-Tech sector.
• Work closely with our Venture Building team to develop product strategy, go-to-market plan, and business model.
• Act as a leader to form, lead, and inspire a team.
• Use your industry knowledge to identify market trends and strategic business opportunities.

Qualifikation

• Experience in the startup world, preferably in the HR-Tech or general SaaS sector.
• A passionate leader with experience in building teams and products from scratch.
• Perseverance and persistence to overcome the challenges that arise as a founder in everyday life.
• Graduated from a prestigious business school or university with a focus on entrepreneurship, startup business, or similar.
• Deep understanding of the HR-Tech landscape and interest in technological trends, among others, Web3.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under uncertainty and make quick decisions.
• Excellent communication and networking skills, both in German and English.
• Growth mindset and a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to develop and implement creative solutions.
• Familiarity with strategic frameworks such as the Lean Method, OKR, etc.
• Experience with common productivity tools such as Notion, Asana, Pipedrive, etc.
